Syslog file keeps giving error message of irq balancing andd ipmi device reading

Dear Team
We have a linux cluster - Debian 7 (Wheezy).
In ths syslog file for the past dew days, following error message keeps on coming :
Code:/usr/sbin/irqbalance: Load average increasing, re-enabling all cpus for irq balancingI have checked and load average is normal contrary to the reported message.
Additionally, we are getting error message on the cluster:
Code:Cannot read from IPMI deviceCould you please suggest how to overcome and tackle these issues?
