[SOLVED] Remind Me About Keyring for Github Desktop
by des_a from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6Q24Z)
I'm using a computer I have used before with a fresh install of Linux Mint 21.3. I've used github desktop on the computer before. I signed into firefox's account, which is used on other computers too. I'm trying to sign into github desktop. For part of it, it let me automatically fill in the password. I've forgotten what it is off the top of my head. I can always sign out and look at it before signing back in.
But it doesn't seem to let me past a keyring when trying to sign into github desktop. It first redirects me to the browser, and when it either gets back or something else, it presents a keyring dialog. What password goes into it? Remind me please. I can't find the answer online, because it seems to be too technical for the search engine (google).
