Error installing gcc-13.2.0

I skipped LLVM-17.0.6 package due to installation failure described in another post and continue with GCC-13.2.0. Although, this packet does not contain any dependencies related to LLVM, I tried to install it and when I run make I encounter this:

Can anyone tell me if there is a problem with some installation packet? I mention that I checked the installation of GMP, MPFR, MPC, and ZLIB.
