latest update on Ubuntu revert back to previous version

Is it possible to uninstall or reinstall a previous version
of Ubuntu?
I have a program that I have been using, and it is no longer
being supported. Thus this last update killed the program.
I would like to reinstall a previous version of Ubuntu and
hopefully not lose any of my "data", or programs I have.
Maybe the first version of 24.04 LTS without the updates.
