How to stop new windows from opening where the pointer is?
by init_innit? from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6QBKX)
Hello,
I have a dual monitor setup and I would like have new windows open on the screen they were called up on or always on the primary monitor. Currently they open to whichever screen the pointer is on which is a little annoying sometimes.
I'm on Ubuntu 24.04.1 with GNOME 46.0, so if there are any GNOME extensions you know of that do this that would be great. I also have dconf editor if know which config file I can change.
Thank you!
