Murder inquiry begins after boy, 13, fatally stabbed in West Midlands home

Police called to house in Oldbury but teenager could not be saved

A murder investigation has been launched into the death of a 13-year-old boy after he was stabbed in Oldbury, West Midlands police have said.

The force said officers were called to a property in Oldbury, a town west of Birmingham, at about 4pm on Thursday by the ambulance service. A boy was found with stab wounds and treated by paramedics but could not be saved.
