I noticed in df that my / disk is almost full. But ncdu disagrees. Can someone explain this? Also, should I be considering ways to find big usage other than ncdu (which I love). I saw a refernce to gdu but I can't figure out how to install it.

df -h: /dev/sda2 117G 108G 3.3G 98% /
ncdu -x: Total disk usage:37.9 GiB Apparent size:37.8 GiB Items:608074
