Katz-Lacabe v. Oracle settlement fund - did you get an e-mail?

I received an e-mail from katzprivacysettlement.com, telling me that I may have a claim on account of misuse of private data by Oracle. I figure everybody on LQ must qualify. A search turned up a variety of opinion, mostly positive. I've collected a few bucks from settlements over the years, not worth the time to participate, if I accounted for my time by minimum wage, but interesting.
