Indigenous collective calls for reform of Halton CAS, other societies 2 years after Ontario boy's death

A group of Indigenous advocates is calling for reform in the child protection system, including at the Halton Children's Aid Society (Halton CAS)in Ontario where there will soon be a change in leadership, two years after the death of a 12-year-old boy who was in its care.
