Freeze when pressing on install (fresh new install)

Ive tried for the last couple of days to install linux on a secondary drive as a dual boot system. The problem is that as soon as I press on install the pc freezes and cancels this install, often with a black screen. I ve already tried multiple distros (fedora, debian, mint, etc.) with always the same result.
I run an 7800X3D on an ASUS TUF B650 Plus, with an Gigabyte Gaming 7900GRE. On my previous PC I had no issues with installing linux as a dual boot. That one had an 10400F and a 5600 XT.
I hope anybody here can help as im quite hopeless at this point.
