Elderly newbie needs help installing document scanner

I am 95 and not so sharp as I used to be. My Win 10 computers are all turning to junk so I installed linux mint cinnamon 22. All good so far, except my document scanner was totally inappropriate. I got a new one, CannoScan LiDE 200 for which I could find instructions:

Now when I enter:

apt update && apt install gocr libusb-dev libsane-dev libsane-extras xsane-common xsane

I get the message:

Unable to locate package libsane-extras

I wish someone could tell me what to do about that.
