Whatsapp desktop does not sync. properly

I am using Whatsapp desktop on Mint Debian, not the app but a web link (web.whatsapp.com). I found both on Firefox and Chrome my Whatsapp groups keep disappearing after some time of use, and the desktop does not sync. with my Android phone properly. Some messages I deleted on the phone still appear on the desktop, the only way to fix that was to reset or reinstall Whatsapp on the phone, and re-link to the desktop, but the problem will come back after some use. I did contact the Whatsapp support but that's no use, they asked me to send a video showing the problem for their investigation, that's crazy, a video will do no good but takes up lot of space I may not even possible to send, so there no support at all ! I don't know if I'm alone on this. And btw I also tried the business version of Whatsapp, but still have the same problem.
