stream-pi alternatives
by garpu from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6QQWA)
So I figure I might find a few other streamers here... I haven't streamed in two years, which is about when stream-pi was still active. Is there an alternative that works on Linux? streamer.bot was recommended, but I'm leery of the "black box" aspect of it--it requires integration with a website I don't control, I'd need to use some binary with WINE that I can't poke at, and it's feeling like giving over the keys to the kingdom, as it were, to a bunch of things I'm not sure about.
Or do linux streamers just alt-tab or hotkey changes? (I'm using obs-studio.) I'm thinking a VNC on the pi to my desktop for OBS control might be the easiest solution. (Or a bunch of hotkeys to change scenes/start stop stream, etc.)
