Resizing

Yesterday i installed Fedora 41 beta asaide my W11 OS, resizing his partition. What will happen if i give back to W11 and formatting Fedora bootloader? Will i made a disaster :)? Will Fedora disappear, W11 and Mint( in the other SSD) work ? Any advice?
