Linux Mint 22, not restarting correctly

When I restart my system (acer aspire sw-014)I get an option to select:
1. linux mint 22 cinnamon
2. advance options for linux mint
3. UEFI firmware settings
This has only started happening recently. My system has been working very well with Linux Mint 22
