Royel Otis has swept the 2024 Aria award nominations, with the Sydney guitar duo up for eight prizes, with international heavy-hitters Dom Dolla, Kylie Minogue and Angie McMahon shortlisted in five categories.

Comprised of guitarist Royel Maddell and vocalist Otis Pavlovic, Royel Otis received most of their nods for their debut album, Pratts & Pain, which has them up for album of the year and best group, alongside four other awards.
