Hamilton's 1st outdoor shelter to be set up by December in 'massive' undertaking, councillor says

Hamilton council has officially approved $7 million in spending to set up and run the tiny home site that'll serve as the city's first outdoor shelter, and will look to the federal government for reimbursement.
