Cannot re-install HP 4650 printer successfully

Using Ubuntu 22.04.

How can I completely remove all printer(s) from my system and re-install like it was a new installation? OR FIX CURRENT SETUP?

I keep getting the following messages in my setup now. I've tried to remove and re-install CUPS and HPLIP but I keep getting no device messages etc.
