Hamilton artist says he's owed tens of thousands for murals created under city program

Mural artist Scott McDonald was born and raised in Hamilton, and after enduring throat cancer, he made it his mission to make a difference in the city. But he says he's owed $40,000 for two murals he created this summer as part of the city's Commercial District Revitalization Grant Program.
