Trump has given the first speech to Congress of his second term as US president. While Republicans stood and cheered his points, Democrats were largely unimpressed. Al Green, a Democratic representative from Texas, was expelled from the House for interrupting while other Democrats held up signs that said 'Save Medicaid' and 'Musk Steals'.
