Intel Lunar Lake On Linux Can Roughly Match Windows 11 Xe2 Graphics - When Not Stuck At 400MHz

Earlier this month I looked at the AMD RDNA 3.5 graphics with Strix Point between Windows 11 and Ubuntu 25.04 Linux. The testing showed the AMD RDNA 3.5 graphics on the open-source Linux driver up to around 96% the performance of Radeon Software on Windows.
