Kristi Noem, the US homeland security secretary, said that if Kilmar Abrego Garcia was sent back to the US, the Donald Trump administration would immediately deport him again".
Noem repeated White House assertions about Abrego Garcia, a Salvadorian man who the Trump administration has admitted was mistakenly deported from Maryland last month, in a new interview with CBS.
