Story ImageNvidia has allegedly delayed its upcoming SOCAMM technology due to supply chain and reliability problems. The technology was originally supposed to debut in Nvidia's GB300 workstation product, but has been moved up to run in next-gen Rubin/Rubin Ultra products.
