The New England Patriots don't have to report to training camp at Gillette Stadium for a few more weeks, but that isn't stopping them from getting together and fine tuning their skills ahead of that time.

Many of the Patriots' best offensive players, including quarterback Drake Maye and star wide receiver Stefon Diggs, were in attendance.

Other players who showed up include backup quarterback Joshua Dobbs, running back Rhamondre Stevenson, tight end Hunter Henry, and wideouts Kendrick Bourne, DeMario Douglas, Ja'Lynn Polk, and rookie Kyle Williams.

Looks like the #Patriots are getting their summer workout on ahead of training camp.

With several new players joining the Patriots offense over the offseason via free agency or the draft, it's a great idea to get in as many reps as possible and build valuable chemistry.

That process is obviously a key part of training camp, too, but it's easier for everyone if that camaraderie begins ahead of camp.

It's especially important for Maye and his wide receivers to continue developing an on-field connection. One video that emerged from this workout showed Maye dropping a perfect pass into the hands of Diggs in the corner of the end zone. (Watch here).

Patriots players will report to camp starting July 22, with their first training camp practice set for July 23.
