One of the Democrats Trump unlawfully fired from the FTC is back

US District Court Judge Loren AliKhan called the attempted firing unlawful, finding that Rebecca Kelly Slaughter "remains a rightful member of the Federal Trade Commission" and that the president can only remove her for "inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office."
