Hamilton architects' design, showing public washrooms can be essential and 'beautiful,' wins contest

Alea Reid and Petra Matar of DPAI Architecture have won To the Loo!, Toronto's public washroom design challenge, with their concept Mycomorph. Inspired by mushrooms, the modular pods are designed to be safe, inclusive and sustainable and feature green roofs to collect rainwater.
