Titans sign DT T.J. Smith

Tennessee has added a defensive tackle.

The Titans announced on Monday that the club has signed T.J. Smith.

Smith, 28, has appeared in seven career games for Minnesota and Carolina. He was with the Panthers last year and played three games, playing 55 defensive snaps and 19 special teams snaps.

The Titans had waived defensive lineman Philip Blidi on Sunday.
