6th charge laid against sex offender accused of assaulting 3-year-old girl in Welland, Ont.

In St. Catharines, Ont., court Wednesday, Daniel Senecal, accused in the sexual assault of a three-year-old Welland girl,was charged with breach of probation to go with five previous counts. The 25-year-old appeared briefly via video from the Toronto South Detention Centre.
