Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy out with shoulder injury vs. Giants on Sunday night

Looking to avoid an 0-3 start to the season, the Giantswill get a big break on Sunday night against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (shoulder) has been ruled out for the Week 3 primetime game and will not travel with the team.
Worthy missed KC's Week 2 game against the Philadelphia Eagles and was limited in practice this week.
The 22-year-old suffered a torn labrum early in the team's Week 1 loss against the Los Angeles Chargers in Brazil.
With Worthy out last week against the Eagles, QB Patrick Mahomes relied on WR Hollywood Brown (five receptions), TE Travis Kelce (four receptions), and WR Tyquan Thornton (two receptions). Five other Chiefs made one catch in the 20-17 loss.
The Giants' defense struggled against the pass in Week 2, allowing 361 yards and two touchdowns to Cowboys' Dak Prescott, but not having to defend the speedy Worthy is a big help.
