91-year-old Hamilton woman plans to get a new tattoo every decade

When Hamilton-based tattoo artist Andrew Brady arrived at the studio on Sept. 14, he had no idea one of his clients would be a 91-year-old woman who had anticipated their appointment for over a decade.
