The family of a 27-year-old who died on a plumbing job in Calgary say they want to see the company he worked for charged criminally. Advocates have been asking for more prosecutions in workplace deaths to help motivate stricter safety practices. But even though the law allows it - criminal charges are rare when a worker dies on the job.
