Environment Canada issues frost advisory for parts of Niagara, Halton, Peel and Chatham-Kent

Parts of Niagara, Halton, Peel and Chatham-Kent are at risk for frost Thursday morning, so Environment Canada is warning growers to protect frost-sensitive plants.
