'I just don’t think management cares.' Family members protest after residents moved from group home

Central West Specialized Developmental Services provides support for people with disabilities, including group homes in Ontario's Halton region. At the start of October, it relocated residents from to a central Oakville location in preparation for a possible strike by frontline workers. Some family members say they worry for their loved ones.
