Japanese percussionists Ayaka Saito, Airi Ikeda, and Chisato Nishiyama played a spectacular rendition of Trio per Uno Op. 27" by Neboja Jovan ivkovic on a single bass drum, as per the original composition. This performance took place at Tokushima Bunri Universitys Murasaki Concert Hall in 2016.
