Boy in care of Burlington, Ont., couple 'would be alive' if taken to hospital as urged, psychiatrist testifies

The psychiatrist for a 12-year-old found dead in 2022 has testified at the weeks-long murder trial for two Burlington, Ont., women who were aiming to adopt him.
