Embattled Minnesota Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy will be sidelined Sunday in Seattle against the Seahawks. He's still recovering from the concussion he suffered during a Week 12 defeat to the Green Bay Packers.
The Vikings are turning to undrafted rookie Max Brosmer, who played his college ball at UNH and Minnesota before impressing with the Vikings in the preseason.
Brosmer will make his first-career NFL start on the road versus the Seahawks.
