St. Paul Street West bridge in St. Catharines re-opens a year ahead of schedule

The St. Paul Street West bridge in St. Catharines is open to traffic once again after being under construction for about a year. The bridge - which was completed a year ahead of schedule - connects traffic on either side of the Canadian National Railway train tracks.
