Our time in fantasy football land is dwindling, and it's all systems go for postseason play. Squads need to be trimmed of all the fat and what-ifs, so they are streamlined for success over the next few weeks.

Below is a look at some players who can be dropped and sent packing as we head down the stretch of both the NFL and fantasy seasons.

Isiah Pacheco, RB - Chiefs

With just nine carries for 30 yards and zero targets last week, Isiah Pacheco's total output since returning from a knee injury two weeks ago is 14 touches for 63 combined yards and no scores. At this point, it appears that Pacheco would only get off your fantasy bench if Kareem Hunt missed any time.

DJ Moore, WR - Bears

The 84% of you Yahoo managers who still are rostering DJ Moore thought last week was finally the payoff with Rome Odunze sidelined, but were fooled once again.

The Chicago WR had just one catch for -4 yards - yep, you read that right. Moore is averaging 7.9 in half-PPR scoring on a per-game basis through Week 14 and has no business being on fantasy playoff rosters in 2025.

Troy Franklin, WR - Broncos

Troy Franklin has posted just five receptions for 32 yards since the Broncos' Week 12 bye, and is behind Pat Bryant in targets in that time frame with only seven. The sophomore wideout is just too volatile to insert into lineups at this point, so he's expendable.

Keenan Allen, WR - Chargers

Keenan Allen had such a hot start to the season, but he hasn't posted a double-digit output since Week 7, and he appears to be losing work to the Chargers' pair of rookies, Oronde Gadsden II and Tre' Harris. While you could hang onto the 33-year-old, he's just not startable at this point with everything on the line.

Darnell Mooney, WR - Falcons

In the three contests that Drake London has missed, Darnell Mooney has posted a 6-105-1 line, with just one catch for six yards last week. Even in the contests where he's seen decent volume this season, it hasn't translated to production, as he's averaged just 32 yards and zero touchdowns when targeted seven or more times in 2025. That's not the type of player you want in the fantasy playoffs.
