In the age of Bad Bunny, the Black roots of reggaetón need to be honoured, says this Hamilton researcher

Today, reggaeton is associated with artists such as Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee, Karol G and J Balvin, but the genre had its start in Black Panamanians and Black Puerto Ricans who made the music what it is today, says a McMaster University graduate student who researches the topic.
