Stop for salamanders: Burlington blocks King Road for annual breeding migration

On March 11, Burlington begins its annual closure of a stretch of King Road to protect Jefferson salamanders as they cross the road to breed. King Road will be closed from North Service Road to Granite Ridge Trail until April 9.
