This week, we asked Jacksonville Jaguars fans to grade the team's moves (or lack thereof) in the initial wave of 2026 NFL free agency.

At the time the survey was posted, the Jags hadn't yet signed RB Chris Rodriguez Jr., but they had re-signed CB Montaric Brown, OLB Dennis Gardeck, and TE Quintin Morris while passing on RB Travis Etienne, LB Devin Lloyd, and CB Greg Newsome to collect three projected compensatory draft picks.

Fans have grown restless following the quiet start to free agency.

Only 8% of survey respondents gave the Jaguars an A" - and the majority gave a C" or worse.

Travis wrote about this apparent lack of trust earlier this week. A fanbase accustomed to splashing in free agency, where this time of year has historically served as their own version of a Super Bowl, is now week-by-week adjusting to what it means to support a winning organization. And with that comes a difficult reality: good players leave winning teams."

According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Jaguars' odds of winning Super Bowl LXI have actually stayed the same since the start of the week (+2200).

But hey. I get it. The Jaguars' roster has worsened over the past five days, and the pass rush has yet to be addressed. Even with the caveat that the front office is broke due to irresponsible spending by previous regimes, the lack of action has been underwhelming.

Maybe a big splash from general manager James Gladstone is coming soon... fingers crossed!

JAGSFANZTrying to still undue the Baalke over paid mess. It appears management is not getting into any bidding wars and content to build up compensatory draft picks for free agency players lost. They just obtained 4th, 5ht and 6th round picks. Great but not all impact players come from those rounds, mostly hidden talent or fallout risks. Unless they are bundled in a trade to move up into rounds 3, 2 or 1. jesusjagfan2009Not paying for ETN and Loyd is a good move ShaggyJonJId say im pretty happy kept the role players. Plus we didnt go super crazy last Free agency. Over spending normally doesn't do good (see our last 2 decades)
And although a good player i dont think ETN is 7th highest paid back in the league good. Especially since he only had 2 100 yard rushing games and how many times this year did it feel our run game (Especially down the stretch) disappeared. RBs aren't too hard to find these days. At least good ones so we can get cheaper plus Tuten and Allen
When it comes to lloyd. Slightly bummed. But I feel like 2nd half of the season he cooled off a little too. Still a good player. But not top money player level. He's solid but I also fear his inconsistent play he's shown his entire time. Especially once Campinelle inevitably leaves next year. That Lloyd was a system LB. And sure we'd get one more solid year but then would he keep it going with a new DC the next year or we paying top dollar for a solid but not top player
