New site lets you become Les Snead, control Rams offseason

Have you ever wanted to put yourself in Los Angeles Rams general manager Les Snead's seat and build the roster of your favorite team? A new site allows you to do just that, and control the offseason for the Rams or any other team.

Ultimate GM released in March 2026 and is now live.

The site prompts you to re-sign team free agents on expiring deals, restructure or release players to free up cap space, offer trades, sign outside free agents, and select prospects through the draft. It seems to be the most comprehensive offseason simulator available and is free and open to all.

Disagree with the Trent McDuffie trade or the Rams' handling of free agency? Do it over again to your preferences. Upset that the Rams missed out on the available big names this offseason? Trade Byron Young for Maxx Crosby and go all in" just like Snead.
