NY Giants free agency contracts, salary cap tracker
With all contracts except that of safety Elijah Campbell now accounted for, the New York Giants have $4.221 million in salary cap space under the Top 51 rule, according to Spotrac.
Campbell's one-year contract won't take much cap space, as another contract will drop off the list once it is on the books.
The contract of placekicker Graham Gano is still taking up $5.75 million in cap space. With Jason Sanders and Ben Sauls on the roster, Gano seems certain to be cut at some point. Perhaps he is still on the roster because he cannot yet pass a physical and the Giants don't want to release him while on the hook for an injury settlement. That much is uncertain. When Gano is removed from the roster, the Giants will gain $4.5 million in cap space. That would bring them to roughly $8.75 million in cap space.
The Giants still need to clear more cap space. It will be interesting to see how they do it.

Ezeudu got something Evan Neal did not - guaranteed money. He got $410,300 of it, which is far more than veteran guard Aaron Stinnie ($62,500) received. He will have to earn it, of course, but this tells me the Giants think there is a decent chance Ezeudu can make the roster, perhaps as a four-position backup. As much as I would like to see him allowed to focus just on guard, the only current backup tackle on the roster other than Ezeudu is Marcus Mbow.

This is a fantastic deal for the Giants. Amazing that this is all Austin was able to get on the open market.
Tremaine EdmundsTotal: Three years, $36 million

I am not crazy about how much this contract escalates in Year 2. The Giants can get out of this contract in 2028 with $10.5 million cap savings and just a $3.666 million cap hit.
Jordan StoutTotal: Three years, $12.3 million
Fully guaranteed money: $7.3 million
Base salary: 2026 - $$1.215 million | 2027 - $3.105 million | 2028 - $3.66 million

Workout bonus: $100,000 annually
Cap number: 2026 - $2.655 million | 2027 - $4.545 million | 2028 - $5.1 million
The Giants could get out of this contract with no dead money in 2028 by designating Stout a post-June 1 cut. If they did so, there would be $4.1 million in cap savings.
Ar'Darius WashingtonTotal: One-year, $3 million
Fully guaranteed money: $1.5 million

Workout bonus: $200,000 per year
Cap number: 2026 - $5.923 million | 2027 - $17.05 million | 2028 - $16 million
If the Giants were to choose to, they could get out of Eluemunor's contract before the 2028 season with $4 million in dead money and $12 million in cap savings.
Total: Two years, $7.63 million
Fully guaranteed money: $3.54 million
Base salary: 2026 - $1.34 million | 2027 - $2.34 million
Guaranteed salary: 2026 - $1.34 million | 2027 - $0

Workout bonus: $100,000 per year
Cap number: 2026 - $2.798 million | 2027 - $4.69 million
In effect, this is a one-year contract. The Giants can get out of it in 2027 with $1.1 million in dead money while saving $3.59 million against the cap.
Chris ManhertzTotal: One-year, $1.4875 million
Fully guaranteed money: $262,500
Base salary: $1.3 million
Prorated signing bonus: $62,500
Per game roster bonus: $100,000
Workout bonus: $25,000
Guaranteed salary: $200,000
Cap number: $1.2625 million
If Manhertz somehow failed to make the roster the Giants would be out only $262,500.
Jason SandersTotal: One-year, $1.425 million
Fully Guaranteed Money: $300,000
Base salary: $1.3 million
Guaranteed salary: $200,000
Prorated Signing Bonus: $100,000
Workout bonus: $25,000
Cap Number: $1.2 million
The contract, with only $300,000 guaranteed, makes it pretty clear the Giants are not handing Sanders their placekicking job. He will have to beat out Ben Sauls to earn it.
Isaiah HodginsTotal: One-year, $1.24 million
Fully Guaranteed Money: $0
Base salary: $1.215 million
Guaranteed salary: $0
Prorated Signing Bonus: $0
Per Game Roster Bonus: $0
Workout bonus: $25,000

Base salary: $1.215 million
Guaranteed salary: $0
Prorated bigning bonus: $0
Per Game roster bonus: $0

Cap number: $1.075 million
It is pretty clear the Giants are guaranteeing Neal nothing but an opportunity. They recoup the full $1.075 million if he does not make the roster.
