All of a sudden, Cleveland Browns GM Andrew Berry is back and active in NFL free agency. Perhaps that uptick in salary cap space from insurance and poor performance gave the Browns general manager something to work with, or players have seen what the free agent market looks like and have decided to come to Cleveland. On Wednesday, news came of the following signings:

The Browns had missed out on a number of wide receivers until Berry gave new HC Todd Monken a player he was familiar with, WR Tylan Wallace from the Baltimore Ravens, according to Mary Kay Cabot.

Wallace was selected in the 4th round of the 2021 NFL draft. In five seasons with the Ravens, including the last three with Monken, Wallace caught just 22 passes for 305 yards and two touchdowns. The Oklahoma State star contributed on special teams with 23 tackles and 20 returns as well. Wallace's best season came in 2024 when he had 11 receptions for 193 yards, including seven first downs.

Wallace is the first addition this season from Monken's former team in Baltimore.
