Odell Beckham Jr. is eying some unconventional methods for his NFL comeback.

Beckham, who has not played in an NFL game since Week 14 of the 2024 season, is looking to parlay his appearance in the inaugural Fanatics Flag Football Classic into a potential return to the NFL.

Looking forward to hopefully getting an opportunity to play this year, and hopefully, this is kinda just a starting point,"Beckham Jr. told FanDuel TV's Kay Adams ahead of the event on Saturday.

The 33-year-old impressed during his first game, racking up 35 receiving yards on six receptions while facing off against a Team USA squad that will be featured at the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.

Beckham also caught a touchdown midway through the second quarter, when the receiver looked like his vintage self, jumping over two defenders to make a stellar one-handed grab to secure the catch.

His team did not fare as well, however, suffering a 39-14 loss to Team USA at the event at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.

This would not be the first time Beckham has attempted an NFL return after sitting out an entire year, with the three-time Pro Bowler going the entire 2022 season without signing with a team while rehabbing an ACL injury.

The following season, Beckham signed a one-year deal with the Ravens.

This time, however, Beckham's absence in 2025 did not appear to be health related, saying that body feels good" before Saturday's match.

Beckham also noted how he would be interested in a reunion with the Giants, who drafted him with the No. 12 pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, saying that he would be interested in teaming up with Jaxson Dart.

That sounds great," Beckham said when Adams floated the possibility. If that opportunity presents itself, I would love to do that. [I'd] be excited about that."

In five seasons with the Giants, Beckham had 5,476 receiving yards with 44 touchdowns on 390 total receptions.

Following his tenure in New York, Beckham has spent time with the Browns, Rams, Ravens and Dolphins.
