The latest Bears Banter Podcast has dropped!

As the Bears have largely finished up free agency and have pivoted their focus to the NFL Draft, we talk about it with ESPN's Courtney Cronin!

Courtney joined the podcast to talk about what she thinks of the Bears' signings in free agency, how the team looks for 2026, and she even discusses the Adam Schefter broke" comment from a couple of weeks ago.

Courtney had a strong opinion on how the Bears approached their defensive line this offseason and what they are looking at with that unit in 2026.

You can't keep trying to make this thing look good (the Odeyingbo signing), when it really didn't at all," Cronin stated. That looks like a miss right now, so until proven otherwise, that is a big hole that they have to address. So I'm with you, Bill. There should have been someone, on the edge that they brought in, you don't necessarily have to swing big for Maxx Crosby... but I think that is something where there could have been some signing that gives you a proven presence on the edge that they are just going to take a gamble on now that player in the drart is going to be there for them and be able to produce right away."
