A Denver Broncos mock draft version 1.0
Thankfully, the news cycle for the Denver Broncos is about to pick up steam with the 2026 NFL Draft next week and the team meeting with the media later this week to discuss said draft. From now until then, its officially mock draft season and the roundup will be dedicated to mixing and matching those predictions as much as possible.
Broncos daily recapUnder the radar2026 NFL Draft: Denver Broncos draft interest tracker
The latest updates to the Broncos' draft interest tracker reinforce that Denver's pre-draft focus is squarely on tight end, with two of the most recent additions both coming at that position. Texas A&M's Nate Boerkircher - a 6'5'', 245-pound blocker widely considered one of the better run-game tight ends in this class - came to Denver on a Top-30 visit, as did NC State's Justin Joly, a 6'3'', 241-pound receiving threat who profiles as a red zone mismatch. Former Texas Tech linebacker Jacob Rodriguez also joined the tracker as a potential Day 2 or Day 3 target who could replace Dre Greenlaw and develop into a future starter in the middle. With the pre-draft visit window officially closed, these last few additions offer the clearest picture yet of where Denver is pointing its board at pick No. 62.

Broncos mock draft version 1.0With the big board rankings in hand, I'm having AI run through some simulations to see what kind of draft class might come out for Denver if they stood pat and drafted from their current positions. Here's version 1.0:
| PICK | PLAYER | POS | SCHOOL |
|---|---|---|---|
| R2, #62 | Anthony Hill, Jr. | LB | Texas |
| R4, #108 | Kaytron Allen | RB | Penn State |
| R4, #111 | Will Kacmarek | TE | Ohio State |
| R5, #170 | Isaiah World | OT | Oregon |
| R7, #246 | Zavion Thomas | WR | LSU |
| R7, #256 | Joe Fagnano | QB | UConn |
| R7, #257 | Tyre West | EDGE | Tennessee |
I wouldn't hate this draft class. It would obviously depend on how it all played out in the long run, but in 2026 this class would help address some depth concerns at key positions and give us some hope that a few long-term starters could emerge from the group.
Would you be happy if this ended up being the draft class for the Denver Broncos in 2026?
