The latest Seahawks 90-man roster heading into the 2026 NFL Draft

The NFL Draft is just two days away, and unless the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks are really adventurous, it's likely to be a light weekend in terms of selections. They have just four picks heading into Thursday, the fewest of any team, and despite John Schneider's want of a trade down from 32, the odds of Seattle loading up on picks in a draft they openly don't hold in high regard seem low.

As an informational refresher heading into draft week, we've got the latest Seahawks 90-man roster. At the moment, Seattle has 75 players under contract. Tack on four draft picks (at minimum) and you probably shouldn't expect a huge UDFA class like we usually see from Seattle.
