Environment Hamilton laments Ontario changes that will limit publicly-available government information

Environment Hamilton is one of several public advocacy organizations, journalists and researchers across Ontario who are lamenting rules passed by the province on Thursday that will end the public's ability to request government ministers' documents through FOI.
