Bridging Civil and Military Innovation: New Funding for Autonomous Aviation

Innovate UK is seeking applications for a new competition focused on dual-use aviation technologies, supporting projects that bridge the gap between civil and military applications. Grants between 300,000 and 1.25 million are available for high-growth companies developing UAS, eVTOLs, eCTOLs, and autonomous systems. Projects must demonstrate a clear pathway to commercialisation and involve a UK customer or operator partner. Applications open May 5th, 2026
